What time does the Trading Floor open so I can buy and sell players?

The Trading Floor is open 7 days a week from 9:00 am to 12:00 am midnight Pacific Time (12:00 pm to 3:00 am EST). Trading may be halted temporarily for 3-5 minutes at the top of each hour to allow us to make market adjustments.
